Our Project Management service line specializes in comprehensive planning and development of advanced work packs for all applicable scopes of work for a project, aimed at reducing downtime and preventing delays on both offshore and onshore capital and turnaround projects. Material Management
Through GIS’ strategic and exclusive technology-driven partnership with MODS, our team is at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to the industries we serve. MODS Connect, a cloud-based solution, seamlessly integrates with our customers’ existing processes, significantly reducing administrative burdens, minimizing costly errors, and facilitating the integration of people, processes, and technology across locations. Among its features, MODS Connect includes Materials Manager, enabling GIS to effectively track hundreds of thousands of warehouse items from receipt to installation minimizing loss and the need for redundant purchases.
