The Foundation
GIS Helping Hands Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit employee aid fund that provides short-term emergency assistance to GIS employees facing unexpected financial hardships. The funds for the foundation are contributions from our exceptional employees through voluntary donations, matched by GIS, as well as other generous donors.
The dream to form the Helping Hands Foundation was born in late 2020 – a moment in time where so many hardships began piling up for our communities. It honors the legacy of giving displayed by the founding family of GIS.
