Project Overview
- GIS E&I was awarded a project for installation of a 50 MWac solar farm in Port Allen, Louisiana. This location will be made up of three separate panel farms located in a 500+\acre area. This farm
will have over 490,000+ panels installed on location. Our E&I division is assisting with installation of feeder wiring, interconnecting wiring from panel to panel, and transmission wiring from PCS to substation. The team was also responsible for installation of the PCS stations and associated components. GIS services for additional welding activities and material movement have also been included in this current project.

GIS E&I has also been awarded the New Orleans East LA 27 Project where GIS will initially assign a Project Manager for the management aspect of daily and monthly reporting, forecasting, daily onsite meeting, and scheduling, and will follow with the same manpower currently in place at the LA 75 Solar project.
