Project Overview
After interviewing and being selected as the installation partner, Discovery set out to build the largest PV Solar Park in Warrenton County. A full-scale installation of the facility began in December 2020 at the Hawtree site. We provided all the manpower and equipment for all major component installation and very intense Civil/ E&S plan. 250 tradesmen all came together to install the 92 MW project in just 11 months’ time and everyone was home for Thanksgiving. We implemented a new process for underdrains and improved methods of stabilization for PV areas aided in one of the fastest installations in our time.
