Project Management - (Tabletop Execution)
The GIS Project Management Group in 1999 with objective of developing a comprehensive planning and execution process to reduce downtime
and preventable delays on offshore and onshore capital and turnaround projects. The challenge was to develop a streamlined process
that accomplished three objectives:
- Provide an accurate and detailed communication tool needed by field crews.
- Bridge the gap between engineering and execution.
- Create a cost effective tool that's suited for streamlined budgets.
GIS accomplished these objectives with our "Tabletop Execution" planning process.
Tabletop Execution planning process includes several key components of project management:
- Safety Management Plans
